Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Special notes on the expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely in the case of the following contracts:

Sealed sound recordings: For contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings (e.g., vinyl records, CDs) in a sealed package, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the seal has been removed after delivery. Opened or unsealed new goods are therefore excluded from exchange.

Used goods: For used vinyl records (second-hand) that are not sealed, the statutory right of withdrawal remains in effect. However, please ensure that the goods (cover and medium) are returned in the exact same condition in which they were shipped.

Addendum to the withdrawal instructions: Electronic withdrawal button
You have the option to declare your withdrawal electronically via the "withdrawal button" provided in our online shop.
The electronic withdrawal takes place via a legally mandated two-step process. After initiating the withdrawal via the withdrawal button ("Withdraw from contract"), you will be prompted to enter the information required for the withdrawal and subsequently expressly confirm the declaration ("Confirm withdrawal").
After completing the process, you will receive confirmation of the receipt of your withdrawal declaration on a durable medium.
This notice supplements the withdrawal instructions and describes solely the additional option of exercising the right of withdrawal electronically.
