1. Specialized Packaging
We know how important the condition of the cover and vinyl is. Every order is shipped in special, sturdy record mailers. For second-hand records, we always ship the vinyl outside the cover in a lined inner sleeve to prevent shipping damage such as "seam splits".
2. Shipping Costs & Zones
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address. We offer two shipping methods:
Economy: The budget-friendly option for smaller shipments (uninsured, without tracking).
Standard: Insured shipping including tracking.

3. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time within Austria and Germany is approx. 3-5 business days.
International shipments generally arrive within 5-14 business days.
The period begins after receipt of payment.
4. Shipment Tracking
If you choose the "Standard" shipping method, you will automatically receive an email after the handover to the shipping provider with the tracking number to track your package online.
